Designed as a night of technique-driven solos, duets, and trios, Belle Noir embraces themes of existential cool, power, suspense, disillusionment, and isolation—brought to life through high-contrast, shadow-infused aesthetics and moody, impactful costuming. In addition to featuring established performers from the coastal dance community , the production welcomes new voices. Dancers and choreographers were invited to contribute original works, with all styles encouraged and live musical accompaniment celebrated. Participating artists will share in ticket proceeds, underscoring the event’s commitment to fostering an equitable creative platform.
