Sea Cats • JAZZ MASQUERADE
Emerging from the brackish waters of the rural Pacific Northwest, this north coast outfit blends reverence for tradition with curiosity of exploration. Featuring the stylized, expressive vocals of Celeste Olivares and spirited, virtuoso horn play, the group moves fluidly across genres, weaving multi-genre improvisations into a sound that feels both timeless and fresh. With deep respect for the artistry of the past and an ear toward the present moment, the band creates music that honors the legacy of jazz, blues, & rock greats while inviting listeners into something new, intimate, and alive.
Join the Sea Cats for JAZZ MASQUERADE—a celebration of the season featuring favorite tunes like “People Are Strange,” “I Put A Spell On You” and lots more surprises. Costumes definitely encouraged – put on a mask or your favorite alter ego and your name goes in the hat for a special door prize.
